What we keep

If you sign up for the weekly list, we store three things: your email address, the time you signed up, and which form you used (for example the top of the page or the bottom). That is all. We use your email only to send the weekly Tobiro list.

What we do not do

Spam protection

To stop bots from flooding the form, the server counts recent sign-up attempts per visitor. It does this with a one-way scrambled version of your IP address (a salted hash, not the address itself) that is deleted within a day. We cannot read your IP address back from it.

Where it lives

The site and the sign-up list run on Cloudflare (a Worker and a small database). Cloudflare, like any host, handles your connection to the site and may keep its own short-term network logs.

Leave any time

Every email from Tobiro will carry an unsubscribe link. Clicking it and confirming deletes your address from our list right away. We keep no copy of an address after you unsubscribe.
